Laura Kilbury

Laura Kilbury is a doctoral student in the Global Governance and Human Security program at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Her research focuses on green industrial policy, agricultural innovation and technology, renewable energy, and trade. Before returning to academia, she worked at the Center for American Progress as a research analyst on the national security and international policy team, covering the foreign assistance portfolio. She holds a BA from George Washington University and a Master's in Public Policy from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver.
